Well, that was easy

Remember how I said I thought I'd be moving home in April? Well it seems that the situation here in the valley has changed those plans just a wee bit.

Turns out that I was right. You can't run a probram without staff. So the powers that be have decided to annex the girls program by the end of March. I've been offered the same position at a facility in Georgia, but I'm thinking this may be the perfect time to bow out gracefully and get the heck out of dodge.

The only conflict I had before was leaving this program in Paint Rock, but if it doesn't exist any more then there's really nothing to feel loyal to.

The downside is I just bought an expensive plane ticket a month before I'll probably be leaving. Had I known this information I would have just slugged it out for the next few weeks, but since I already have the ticket, I will indeed be home on the 20th, and celebrating Christmas on the 25th. Yay!

Now, I need a way home. So if anyone is up for a road trip, come on down! I only have a car load of stuff, but it's probably too much to think about shipping. Of course, I could sell... but that's against my nature.

Anyway, someone is waiting on me to get a break so I better scoot. Y'all have fun in your blizzad! It's been snowing here on and off for the past couple of days, but nothing that sticks.

Oh yeah, and we won a gold medal! Yay!

Ciao.

Yay! This is exciting. I think you should forget about Truro though, and move to Moncton. (Don't tell Shannon.)
