Not Just a Hairy Dog

Looks like I'm going to be moving out sooner than previously anticipated. It's not so much me moving, but someone else moving and me not wanting to stay in this apartment because it's kind of on the retirement side. Mom told me not to tell you why, so I'll just have to whisper that she found a job in a town called.... oh wait, I shouldn't reveal that information, so let's just say it rhymes with Findsor.

I worked another 12 hour shift today and I'm a wee bit tired. I hate having to wake-up at a specific time, especially when it's so early that I have to miss Stephen and Jon, Monday through Thursday. 5 am people! I was not built for this. Today was my first real shift and I got to do lot's of important things like talk to social workers and fax police reports (because even though the kids don't come in young offenders, they often leave that way).

I'm working on book 4 of Harry Potter, and boy was I excited to see that the movie came out last year without my noticing. This book is pretty thick though, so it'll take some focus to get through it. But hey, if an eight year old can do it, so can I... I hope... I assume...
